MOST AFFORDABLE AND MOST PROFESSIONAL !!! NO OTHER COMPANY CAN BEAT THEM !!! Read below to see my overall experience of getting a heatpump and why I went with Nexgen Electrical and not any other suppliers. (Great read if you’re getting a heat pump for the first time as I share my insights with the whole process and overall why I chose Nexgen). So, I got a Haier AC HAIER PINNACLE AS35 HIGH-WALL HEAT PUMP Model: AS35PBDHRA-SET Heating Capacity: 3.7 kW Cooling Capacity: 3.5 kW installed in my 2bdr 1 bath apartment. I did due diligence with getting about 8 different suppliers come through to discuss/consult what was best with my apartment. I learnt a lot through this process, what I noticed was some suppliers would try and upsell the higher end models - instilling fear or the concept that it’ll be better in the long run for energy consumption… these suppliers also tended to mark up their prices… some other suppliers provided a mid range option but were also pricey. All suppliers provided similar warranty/backing if things would fail etc. So… having done my own personal research I discovered that the suppliers that advised Fujitsu, Panasonic or Mitsubishi for my apartment were providing me overkill products which YES would cool the property quicker but at a higher premium price?! Which yes I guess you do get what you pay for, but as per ^ they were just using sale tactics to make a quick $$ out of you. What I really appreciated with NexGen was their non-bias advice and also taking into account my wall heater that was already installed with the build of my apartment - therefore allowing the freedom/prospect in getting a more affordable AC that still works with the budget and still makes logical sense in the long run. I got the other suppliers to price the same model with the same installation steps just to see the differences. And the $$$ was shocking!!! The highest quotes I got were… $2k+ before GST!! same model and installation steps. Mid range quote $1985 before GST!!! Then Nexgen… 🥁 $1587 inclusive of GST same model same installation steps. I mean come on!!! Now… the other suppliers advised that they were more professional have been in the game for long, know better what they do, may back you up more if things were to happen… however Nexgen were very clear in their invoice to me of their warranty process and backing should things fail. I do hope they stand and follow through with what was advised on their invoice. But overall it gave me a sense of security which also justified the price point. So service delivery and ease of payment… Jazz (owner of the company) advised that the installation/team would arrive anytime between 9am-12pm on the day - this was advised a few days prior as a heads up. The electrician came first just after 9am and the heat pump installer just after 11am. Aside from that, they moved quickly and were super professional. The electrician guy communicated with me at every step asking and clarifying how I wanted the indoor and outdoor unit installed (discussing the pro’s and con’s). Overall very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend/use them again. Communication - could have been a little quicker than I like, however we were able to communicate via FB messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage and email. What I appreciated was Jazz’s attention to details with any queries or correspondence given to him and it allowed for quick turn around for body corporate approval. I also appreciated the electrician communicating with me efficiently the prior to arrival, prior to the installer coming and also during the install. What I appreciated also was him giving me options with the install ensuring I was making the decisions and not them malign it themselves. Payment - invoices were sent out by Xero, allowing payment via Stripe (ie Internet banking, Klara, Apple/Android Pay) making it very smooth and easy. It’s 60% of the total cost up front followed by the last 40% once installation is completed the day after. Lastly, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! The boys were super polite, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. They installed two extractor fans—one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen—and the workmanship was outstanding. Everything was done so neatly and professionally, and the job was completed perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Well done, boys—fantastic work!

Just cannot rate Nexgen highly enough. I had a problem with my alarm going off, upsetting the neighbours on a Saturday afternoon, and requiring me to turn my power off. I rang Nexgen because they were local and within an hour on a Saturday evening, the technician arrived, sorted it and enabled life to return to normal. Completely professional and respectful technician. Outstanding Nexgen - you made it a privilege.
